Strategic Plan 2018-23
In 2018, the Piedmont University Board of Trustees approved a strategic plan to chart Piedmont’s course through its 125th anniversary and beyond. Drawing from its mission, vision, and core values, the strategic planning team chose three themes—thriving students, vibrant organization, and compelling story—to drive initiatives from 2018-2023.
The current form of the strategic plan is found in these seven goals:
