Piedmont Camerata To Perform April 7
The community is invited to a classical chamber music concert performed by Piedmont University's resident ensemble, Piedmont Camerata, on Sunday, April 7, at 4 p.m. at the Piedmont University Chapel.
The concert will feature Piedmont University's Artists-in-Residence, Heather-Baird Strachan (violin), Rachael Fischer (violin), Scott Garrett (viola), Ismail Akbar (cello), and Jeri-Mae G. Astolfi (piano), and will include program notes narrated by concert host, Bob Glass, Dean of Libraries & University Librarian.
Music featured on this program includes piano quintets by Ernst von Dohnányi and Johannes Brahms.
Admission is free.
